Instructions for On-line Tax Organizer


  • After accessing the organizer file, please type all relevant information in the spaces provided on the form.

  • When finished, save the completed organizer to your computer. We recommend saving the file to your desktop to make it easer to locate later. The Tax Organizer file name will be automatically saved as "taxorganizer.pdf"

  • When you are ready to send your completed organizer to us, you may use either method below.

    E-mail Organizer

    Create an e-mail to us and attach your saved Tax Organizer file to your e-mail by clicking Insert, File Attachment and send to:

    admin@precisiontax.net

    * To complete the preparation of your tax return, you will need to mail us any W-2 and 1099 Forms, or make an appointment

    Mail Organizer

    Open your saved Tax Organizer file, print a copy and mail to:

    Precision Tax, Inc.
